In today’s modern business environment, procurement is no longer just a purchasing operation — it is a strategic function that directly impacts companies’ financial efficiency, risk management, and supply chain sustainability. With this purpose, the “Procurement Training” organized by Smart Academy was successfully conducted. During the training, participants became familiar with all key stages of the procurement process, from the initial phase to the final closing stage. Detailed information was provided on identifying needs, collecting and evaluating quotations, supplier selection, contract management, procurement risks, and practical procurement tools. Participants gained not only theoretical knowledge but also discussed practical examples and real-life cases encountered in professional working environments. Since the training was conducted in an interactive format, participants had the opportunity to address their questions and exchange ideas based on real experiences. At Smart Academy, our main goal is to support the development of professional knowledge and skills in line with labor market demands. We would also like to express our special appreciation to the trainer, Farida Mammadova, for her professionalism and valuable knowledge sharing in delivering the training at a high level. The training, which attracted great interest from participants, was highly beneficial and productive both theoretically and practically. We thank every participant who attended the training and wish them success in their future professional careers.
