Smart Academy successfully completed the training on ISO/IEC 17025:2017. During the training, topics such as the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, impartiality, confidentiality, personnel competence, equipment, metrological traceability, verification and validation of methods, sampling, measurement uncertainty, quality control, PT, interlaboratory comparisons, nonconforming work, corrective actions, internal audit, and accreditation were discussed in detail. Participants asked questions related to real laboratory situations, discussed practical examples, and actively exchanged opinions. Interactive discussions and a situation-based approach contributed to a deeper understanding of the topics. We would like to thank the trainer, Aynur Sadigova, for her professional approach, detailed explanations, and effective interaction with the participants.
