From 21–27 September 2026, Smart Academy conducted an online training on Food Safety and Traceability.

During the training, participants received theoretical and practical information on ensuring the traceability of food products throughout all stages, from raw materials to the final consumer, as well as product and raw material identification, documentation and record-keeping, risk management, and product recall processes.

The main objective of the training was to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the importance of traceability within the food safety system and develop the knowledge and skills required to implement effective traceability and control mechanisms within organizations.
