Dr. Yusuf İlhan Kavşat is a seasoned chemical engineer and ISO systems expert with over 35 years of multidisciplinary experience in quality, environment, occupational health & safety, and energy management systems. Holding a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Ankara University, he has contributed to numerous ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS implementation and audit projects across Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Algeria, working with major industrial players in sectors such as energy, cement, manufacturing, construction, and petrochemicals. He has served as a lead auditor, consultant, and trainer for respected certification bodies including SGS, TÜV Austria, and CQC, and has led consultancy projects for a broad range of companies — from SMEs to multinational corporations. In addition, Dr. Kavşat has an extensive history with the Turkish Cement Manufacturers' Association and has participated in numerous international training programs in the UK, Italy, Japan, and Turkey.
