ISO 22301: 2019 awareness training provides participants with a clear understanding of the basic principles and requirements of the management system to ensure that organizations remain resilient to unforeseen events – natural disasters, technological disruptions and other emergencies. The purpose of this training is to instill in participants the basic knowledge of risk management, ensuring continuity of activities and building an effective decision-making structure in times of crisis.The duration of study is two days. Training takes place both online and offline format. ISO 22301: 2019 awareness training is organized in the basic, intermediate and advanced stages in accordance with the current level of knowledge of the participants, which allows both beginners to learn basic concepts and experienced professionals to gain deep knowledge.
